Heathrow lounges: every lounge, terminal by terminal

Every Heathrow terminal has at least one lounge you can pay to use, whatever your ticket, and Terminal 3 has four. Your terminal decides which: there is no airside walk between terminals. Here is every lounge a passenger can get into, with the operators' own prices, hours and facilities, plus the airline lounges worth knowing about.

The short answer

In Terminal 3, book Clubrooms from £48 for table service, or My Lounge from £38 with children. In Terminals 2, 4 and 5, Plaza Premium from £49 is the one with showers; No1 in Terminal 2 from £42 and Club Aspire in Terminal 5 from £40 are cheaper, though Club Aspire closes for refurbishment on 16 November 2026. Off an overnight flight, the Plaza Premium arrivals lounge in Terminal 3 has showers and breakfast from 06:00.

Is a lounge worth it at Heathrow?

Usually, yes, if you will be there more than an hour. A pre-booked lounge costs £30–49 for food, drinks and Wi-Fi: up to three hours at No1, My Lounge, Clubrooms and Club Aspire, two hours for Priority Pass members at Plaza Premium. A sit-down meal with wine in the terminal costs much the same.

The one to splash out on is Clubrooms in Terminal 3. The one to skip is any lounge outside your departure terminal: Heathrow's terminals are not connected airside.

Lounges for families

Under-2s go free at the No1 lounges; children aged 2–11 need a child entry, bought with your booking. My Lounge in Terminal 3 is the relaxed one, with a games room, a quiet area and no smart dress code. Clubrooms admits only those aged 12 and over. If you would rather not pay, every terminal has a free Stay & Play area after security, open 06:00–21:00.

Arriving: shower and breakfast lounges

Yes. Plaza Premium runs one in Terminal 3 arrivals, on the ground floor near the taxi ranks, from 06:00 to 14:00, with showers and breakfast, and anyone can pay to use it. British Airways in Terminal 5 and United in Terminal 2 have arrivals lounges for eligible passengers. Before departure, only the Plaza Premium lounges in Terminals 2, 4 and 5 list showers; No1 Lounges say none of theirs has showers in use.

With Priority Pass or another lounge card

Priority Pass lists ten Heathrow lounges: No1 and Plaza Premium in Terminal 2; No1, My Lounge, Clubrooms and the arrivals lounge in Terminal 3; Plaza Premium and Blush in Terminal 4; Club Aspire and Plaza Premium in Terminal 5. Clubrooms charges cardholders an upgrade from £15. No1 Lounges also take LoungeKey and DragonPass. Plaza Premium limits card visits to two hours; No1 allows three.

When the lounge is full

Card access is subject to space, and Priority Pass warns that several Heathrow lounges restrict entry at busy times. In Terminal 5, expect Plaza Premium to fill faster while Club Aspire is closed, from 16 November 2026 to 30 April 2027 by Priority Pass's dates. Pre-booking is the only guarantee, and booking direct with No1 lets you stay until departure if your flight is delayed. Turned away, Priority Pass members get a restaurant voucher at The Evergreen in Terminal 3 and The Globe in Terminal 5.
