Why this one
The first three rungs differ mainly in size and fittings. A Deluxe is 28 to 37 square metres with the original stone floors and beams, a Premium 37 to 40 with Mallorcan textiles and period furniture, a Junior Suite 40 to 45 with large windows. Only selected Premium rooms look into the courtyard, and the Junior Suite is sold on its light rather than an outlook. Every room has the same kit: a coffee machine and a KitchenAid kettle, a Marshall speaker, a minibar, turndown and room service. The Signature Junior Suite is the first category where the room itself is the reason. It is 45 square metres, the top of the Junior Suite range, with a private gallery looking into the planted courtyard, deep blue Mallorcan fabrics and an old desk. For Tuesday 11 May 2027 it was 727 euros a night with breakfast against 551 for a Deluxe: 176 euros more for 8 to 17 more square metres and a courtyard outlook that comes with the category.
The step up from the Junior Suite is the smallest on the ladder, 44 euros a night on the same date, and it buys the gallery, the courtyard and a size at the top of the Junior Suite's range. Above it, the Suite Can Cera is a different room: 60 square metres with a four-poster, carved woodwork, hand-painted tiles from Palma's La Roqueta works, a bath as well as a shower and a private terrace of 15 square metres, at 903 euros, another 176 a night. Pay it if the terrace and the bath are the point of the trip. If they are not, the Signature Junior Suite has the courtyard and the space for 176 euros a night less.

- When you confirm the room, ask to reserve the spa for a private session: the sauna, steam room and hot tub can be booked for your sole use at no extra charge. If you book a Premium, ask for one of the rooms that look into the courtyard, since only some do; if you book a Deluxe, ask for one at the larger end of its 28 to 37 square metres.

The Suite Can Cera is the top of the house: 60 square metres, which the hotel says was once the ballroom, with a four-poster, plush armchairs, carved woodwork and hand-painted tiles from La Roqueta, the Palma tile works that ran from 1897 to 1918. Its bathroom has both a shower and a bath, and its private terrace of 15 square metres makes it the only category sold with outdoor space of its own; the hotel sells the terrace on its sunsets. For Tuesday 11 May 2027 it was 903 euros a night with breakfast, 176 more than the Signature Junior Suite. Book it for the terrace and the bath; for anything else, the Signature Junior Suite does the job.
