Every adults-only hotel in Mallorca, priced for the same May week
Mallorca has more adults-only hotels than Tenerife and Gran Canaria put together, and the lists online pick a dozen. We priced all of them that Expedia sells, for the same week in May, then checked how many are still open in February.

The short answer
For the week of 4 to 11 May 2027, the 157 adults-only hotels with rooms in Mallorca cost a median €191 a night for two, taxes included. Twenty-two of them scored 9 or more from at least 50 reviews for under €200 a night, the cheapest Tangerine by Honne Hotels in Calvià at €112, and 16 scored 9.8, from €188 at Bordoy Mostatxins in Alcúdia.
Time the trip carefully. For the first week of February only 35 adults-only properties on the island had rooms, against 172 in May: most of the beach hotels close for the winter, and what stays open is mostly in Palma.
What only this guide tells you
The whole field, one week, then the winter test
Expedia lists 200 adults-only properties in Mallorca. For the week of Tuesday 4 to Tuesday 11 May 2027, 172 had rooms: 157 hotels, two hostels and 13 private apartments, villas and fincas. We priced each one for the same seven nights, for two adults, at the lowest price Expedia showed including taxes and fees, and placed it in its municipality from its map position.
Then we ran the same search for 2 to 9 February 2027. Only 35 adults-only properties had rooms, and 65 of those listed showed nothing at all. That is the number no other list gives you: in Mallorca, adults only is a season, not a year.
Where adults-only hotels are cheapest in Mallorca
Where are the cheapest adults-only hotels in Mallorca?
On the east and south-west coasts. The 31 on the east coast, around Cala Millor, Canyamel and Cala Ratjada, had a median of €152 a night, and the 28 in Calvià and Andratx, from Palmanova to Camp de Mar, €153. Palma, with 35, is the dearest of the big areas at €225, and the Tramuntana, around Sóller and Deià, and the inland villages are dearer still, at €274 and €277.
The cheapest beds are in S'Arenal and Llucmajor, at the far end of Playa de Palma, at a median of €113; the cheapest hotel on the island, BJ Playa Blanca at €67 a night, scored 6.0.

What is the best value adults-only hotel in Mallorca?
Of the 73 adults-only hotels scoring 9 or more from at least 50 reviews, 22 cost under €200 a night that week. Tangerine by Honne Hotels in Calvià scored 9.0 at €112; Hipotels Bahía Cala Millor 9.4 at €131; and two scored 9.6 for about €150, BQ Paguera Boutique Hotel and Petit Hotel Sant Miquel near Cala d'Or.

The 9.8s: Mallorca's best-reviewed adults-only hotels
What is the best adults-only hotel in Mallorca?
Sixteen adults-only hotels scored 9.8 from at least 50 reviews, and their prices run from €188 to €1,409 a night. The cheapest is Bordoy Mostatxins, a boutique hotel in Alcúdia's old town. Four of the sixteen are in Palma's old town, including AH Art Hotel, 9.8 from 670 reviews at €278.

The three in our own edit, and what they cost that week
Three of our ten Mallorca hotels had adults-only rooms that week. L'Avenida in Sóller is one of the island's 9.8s at €300 a night; Can Cera, 14 rooms in Palma's old town for guests 14 and over, was €555; and Maristel Hotel & Spa in Estellencs, for guests 16 and over, €146. Can Ferrereta, our fourth adults-only pick, had no rooms on Expedia for that week.

Adults only in winter: what stays open
Are adults-only hotels in Mallorca open in winter?
Few of them. For 2 to 9 February 2027, only 35 adults-only properties in Mallorca had rooms on Expedia, against 172 for our May week, and 65 of those it listed showed nothing at all, among them Iberostar, THB and Hipotels beach hotels across the island. What stays open is mostly Palma, Playa de Palma and the countryside, and Can Cera, our Palma pick, is open all year.

How to book an adults-only hotel in Mallorca
What the full list shows, and the small print behind the label.
- Adults only can mean 12Three hotels in Expedia's adults-only list take children from 12: Hotel Villa Chiquita, Es Figueral Nou and Hotel El Vicenç de la Mar. Can Quetglas and Can Cera start at 14, and most others at 16 or 18. If you want no children at all, check the hotel's own rule.
- The east coast is the valueThe east coast's 31 adults-only hotels had a median of €152 a night, and Hipotels Bahía Cala Millor scored 9.4 at €131.
- A 9.8 does not have to cost €500Bordoy Mostatxins in Alcúdia scored 9.8 at €188 a night, and AH Art Hotel in Palma 9.8 from 670 reviews at €278.
- Winter means PalmaIn early February only 35 adults-only properties had rooms. Plan a winter trip around Palma or the inland fincas, not the beach.
- Nearly half the cheapest prices are refundableAt 76 of the 157 hotels, the cheapest price for the week was fully refundable. Take it when you can, and keep watching the price.
The catch
One week, and it is not peak summer
We priced a week in early May, when nearly everything is open but before the July and August peak. Summer prices run higher, and 28 adults-only properties had nothing left even in May.

We used Expedia's adults-only filter, which follows each hotel's own description. It includes hotels that take children from 12 and one that is recommended for adults rather than adults only.

Board basis is not the same everywhere
The lowest price can be room only at one hotel and all-inclusive at the next.
