Fifteen rooms, private courtyards and terraces instead of a pool, and Davvero, the Italian restaurant borrowed from the Comporta original. Everything is muted, tactile and deliberately unshowy.
Guest feedback is consistent on the tone: quiet, private, well-staffed for its size, and a sense of staying in a home rather than a hotel. The neighbourhood is residential, with Príncipe Real a fifteen-minute walk and Chiado twenty-five minutes downhill. That distance is the design, not a flaw.
