Garden View and Bay View rooms are the same size in two outlooks: 450 sq ft (42 m²), one king bed or two queens, refurbished in 2020. The Garden View rooms look over the grounds. The Bay View rooms overlook Portofino Bay and the Harbor Piazza, which is where the hotel's evenings happen: the water taxis leave for CityWalk from the harbour, The Thirsty Fish pours at the water's edge and singers perform Musica della Notte over the piazza at sunset. On Tuesday 2 February 2027 the difference was $45 a night; on other Tuesdays it ran from $5 to $127, so price both for your dates.
Above the standard rooms the ladder buys space or service rather than a view. Deluxe rooms add 40 sq ft (4 m²) but are sold with a garden view, at $1,069 that night. Club rooms are the same size with the Club Lounge, for continental breakfast, evening hors d'oeuvres and a concierge. The suites start with the 650 sq ft (60 m²) Despicable Me Kids' Suite and the 900 sq ft (84 m²) Portofino Suites, and the Villa Suites add a kitchenette and face the harbour.

- The hotel publishes no floor, wing or side for its bay-view rooms, so there is nothing to request beyond the category: check that the confirmation says Bay View, and do not count on a balcony, because Bay View rooms are not sold with one. A family of four or five wants the Bay View 2 Queen Room; ask for the rollaway when you book and again at check-in, since a room gets one at most and they go first come, first served. If you arrive in the morning, pre-register at the front desk so the room key works as your Express Unlimited pass that day.
