Candlelight: a tribute to Pink Floyd

Institut National des Jeunes Aveugles, Invalides, 7th arrondissement

4.6/5

About 201 reviews on Fever

Pink Floyd on solo piano, from Money to Wish You Were Here, for about 60 minutes by candlelight at the Institut National des Jeunes Aveugles in the 7th. Two evenings at 19:30, 6 December 2026 and 22 January 2027, from 41.48 euros with fees.

Fever's programme draws on Pink Floyd's three best-known albums. Money and Us and Them come from The Dark Side of the Moon (1973); Have a Cigar and the title track from Wish You Were Here (1975); Comfortably Numb, Hey You, Goodbye Blue Sky and Another Brick in the Wall, Pt. 2 from The Wall (1979), according to Wikipedia. Learning to Fly, from A Momentary Lapse of Reason (1987), adds the later band. One piece, Time, Fever credits to Hans Zimmer rather than to the band.

Maxime Zecchini plays, Fever says. It was rated 4.6 from 201 reviews on Fever on 30 October 2026, and Fever says the concert is a tribute, not associated with or endorsed by the band or its representatives. Fever's FAQ adds that the candles are LED, that phones stay on silent, and that photos are allowed only when the musician says so, without flash.

The room is the Institut National des Jeunes Aveugles on Boulevard des Invalides, the national school for blind young people that Valentin Haüy founded in 1785, in a building finished in 1844. Both dates are priced the same, and seats come in two zones plus Premium; Zone B at 41.48 euros is the one we would book. Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris is a 14-minute walk away.
