Every adults-only hotel in Tenerife, priced for the same February week
Every list of Tenerife's best adults-only hotels picks a handful of favourites. We priced the whole field instead: every hotel Expedia sells as adults only, for the same week in February, the island's high season, then sorted them by area, guest score and price.

The short answer
For the week of 2 to 9 February 2027, the 33 adults-only hotels with rooms in Tenerife cost a median €295 a night for two, taxes included: from €125 at Hotel TRH Taoro Garden in Puerto de la Cruz to €1,117 at JOIA Salomé in Costa Adeje. The best value with a guest score of 9 or more was Atlantic Mirage Suites & Spa, also in Puerto de la Cruz, at €155 a night.
Where you stay sets the price more than anything else. Puerto de la Cruz, on the north coast, had a median of €136 a night; Costa Adeje, where 12 of the 33 are, had €342.
What only this guide tells you
The whole field, one week, one price basis
Expedia lists 71 adults-only properties in Tenerife. For the week we chose, 42 had rooms and 39 showed a price; 33 of those are hotels, and the rest are private apartments, a house and a co-living flat. We priced every hotel for the same seven nights, Tuesday 2 to Tuesday 9 February 2027, for two adults, at the lowest price Expedia showed including taxes and fees, and placed each one in its municipality from its map position.
We priced a week, not a night, for a reason. Searched for one night, 17 of the adults-only properties showed a minimum stay instead of a price: five nights at Riu Arecas, three at Royal Hideaway Corales Beach, Royal River and both Princess hotels. In February, a single night is not how Tenerife's adults-only hotels sell.
Where adults-only hotels are cheapest in Tenerife
Where are the cheapest adults-only hotels in Tenerife?
On the north coast. All six adults-only hotels in Puerto de la Cruz came in between €125 and €158 a night, a median of €136, while the 12 in Costa Adeje and La Caleta had a median of €342 and none under €218. Playa de las Américas and Los Cristianos, next door to Costa Adeje, run from €152 to €516.
The north is greener and cooler than the south-west, which is why most adults-only hotels, and most sun-seekers, are in the south. If a heated pool and a quieter town matter more than a guaranteed tan, Puerto de la Cruz is half the price.

What is the best value adults-only hotel in Tenerife?
These are the 12 adults-only hotels with a guest score of 9 or more from at least 50 reviews, cheapest first. Two stand out. Atlantic Mirage Suites & Spa in Puerto de la Cruz scored 9.2 from 379 reviews at €155 a night, and Tui Blue Los Gigantes, for guests 16 and over, 9.0 from 525 reviews at €198.
Above €700 a night, four hotels score 9.6 or more: Royal Hideaway Corales Beach, JOIA El Mirador, RedLevel at Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora and Royal River, the island's top score at 9.8. The cheapest 9.6 on the island is Hotel San Roque in Garachico, at €295.

Which adults-only hotel in Tenerife is the best?
Four of our ten Tenerife hotels are adults only, and they sit at both ends of this list. Royal River is the island's best-scored hotel, 9.8 from 169 reviews, with a private heated pool for every villa, and it was also the second dearest at €1,004 a night. Hotel San Roque, 20 rooms in an 18th-century Garachico manor, was the cheapest 9.6 at €295.
Their own rules on age differ from the label: Royal River and San Roque take guests from 14, and Hacienda del Conde from 16.

What the full list shows, and the small print that changes the price.
- Price a week, not a nightIn February, 17 of Tenerife's adults-only properties would not sell a single night: Riu Arecas wanted five, and Royal Hideaway Corales Beach, Royal River and both Princess hotels three. Search with your real dates and length of stay.
- Adults only does not always mean 18Tigotan Lovers & Friends takes guests from 18, Tui Blue Los Gigantes and the two Princess hotels from 16, and Royal River and Hotel San Roque from 14. If you want no teenagers at all, check the hotel's own age rule before you book.
- The north is half the pricePuerto de la Cruz's six adults-only hotels had a median of €136 a night against €342 in Costa Adeje. It is cooler and greener, and a 9.2-scored hotel there cost €155.
- Check the board before you compareSome of these hotels sell only all-inclusive or half board, others room only, and the cheapest price on Expedia is whatever the hotel sells cheapest. Compare like with like before you decide a hotel is dear.
- Free cancellation is commonAt 22 of the 33 hotels, the cheapest price for the week was fully refundable. In high season that is worth taking: book early and keep looking.
The catch
One week in high season
We priced a single week in early February, when the Canaries are at their busiest. Prices and availability move with the date, and 14 adults-only hotels had no rooms that week.

We used Expedia's adults-only filter, which follows how each hotel describes itself. A few are adults-recommended rather than adults-only, and age limits run from 14 to 18.
What to do. Check the hotel's own policy if children of any age would spoil it for you.
Board basis is not the same everywhere
The lowest price can be room only at one hotel and all-inclusive at the next.
