Real Bodies is a walk-through anatomy exhibition of real human bodies and organs, preserved and posed so you can see what sits beneath the skin. It is created and run by Imagine Exhibitions, Blooloop reports, and opened a decade ago at what was then Bally's, now the Horseshoe; it marked its tenth anniversary on 22 October 2026 with a showcase of work by ten local artists, Fox5 reported. The exhibition's own site counts more than 20 preserved human specimens and more than 200 anatomical artefacts across 11 galleries. Your ticket is for a day, not a time: you walk in any time before last entry and go at your own pace.
The galleries go system by system. The Anatomist's Study opens the visit with the history of how bodies have been preserved and studied, from ancient mummies to modern science. Breathe sets healthy lungs beside a smoker's; Hunger follows food through the digestive system; Rhythm is a glowing room given to the heart and its network of veins and arteries, which Fever puts at nearly 100,000 miles in one body; Think shows the brain and spinal cord. Whole bodies stand in poses of movement, with the muscles fanned out from the bones, and signs and interactive displays explain what you are looking at. The Love Room turns to the body's response to love and attraction, and invites you to leave a padlock on its Heart Wall.
The bodies are preserved by polymer preservation, which uses liquid silicone rubber to stop decay, the exhibition says, a process that can take up to a year. Its FAQ says the specimens come from Dalian Hoffen Bio-Technique in China and were unclaimed bodies, legally donated by the authorities to medical universities, of people who died of natural causes.
Fever says most visitors spend 30 to 60 minutes; the exhibition's own pages say 30 to 45, or 45 to 60 for the full 11 galleries, and there are seats along the way. Photography is allowed for personal use. The VIP ticket adds a virtual reality tour of the body, the exhibition catalogue and a 10-dollar shop credit.
Why this one
Las Vegas has two anatomy exhibitions, and this is the one we would choose for its location and its calendar. Real Bodies held 4.6 from about 310 reviews on Fever on 30 October 2026, at one price every day and with dates loaded to 31 December 2027. Its rival is BODIES...The Exhibition at Luxor, at the south end of the Strip, which its ticket seller Spotlight Vegas lists from 44 dollars, with 13 full bodies and more than 260 organs and partial specimens, and suggests 2 to 3 hours. Choose Luxor if you are staying at that end of the Strip and want a longer, more clinical visit; choose Real Bodies for the themed galleries, a shorter visit and the Center Strip, across the road from Bellagio and Caesars Palace.
The exhibition's own site sends you to this Fever listing for tickets, and Fever marks it a Fever exclusive. There is a box office on site, but the exhibition warns tickets may sell out and recommends booking ahead. If you are also going to Luxor for King Tut's Tomb, Fever's combo ticket covers both for 66.59 dollars with fees; King Tut held 4.29 from 464 reviews on Fever on 30 October 2026, below the 4.62 of TITANIC: The Artifact Exhibition (from 1,187 reviews), also at Luxor. For art rather than science, our ARTE MUSEUM page is a short walk south, beside The Cosmopolitan.
