LaGuardia pick-up points, terminal by terminal

LaGuardia's two passenger terminals handle pick-ups differently. At Terminal B, app cars and car services collect you inside the car park; at Terminal C, Delta's terminal, they use the inner lane of arrivals. Terminal A, the old Marine Air Terminal, no longer has commercial flights. Here is every place to be collected, as the airport states it.

The 30-second version

Take a yellow cab from the rank at the kerb: Level 2 outside Terminal B arrivals, Level 1 at Terminal C. For Uber or Lyft, follow the Ride App Pick Up signs to Level 2 of the Terminal B car park, or the inner arrivals lane at Terminal C. The free Q70 bus to the subway leaves from outside both terminals, and a friend collecting you should wait free in the Cell Phone Lot on 94th Street.

Being picked up by a friend: where to wait and what it costs

In the free Cell Phone Lot on 94th Street, under 10 minutes away, until you call. Terminal kerbs are for active pick-ups only: a driver cannot wait unless you and your bags are already there, and unattended cars are towed. The lot closes at 11:59pm, so after a late landing your friend should park instead.

To come in and meet you, they park in the garage by your terminal: $5 for the first half hour at Terminal B and $6 at Terminal C.

Meeting a pre-booked driver

At Terminal B, booked cars meet you on Level 2 of the parking garage, the same area as Uber and Lyft; at Terminal C, in the inner arrivals lane. Put the right one in your booking, give your flight number so the driver tracks delays, and ignore anyone without an official uniform offering a car or help with bags.

Late at night

Taxis meet late flights at both terminals, and the Q70 runs through the night, every 20 minutes, with a free transfer to the subway at Jackson Heights. The All Terminals Shuttle runs 24 hours if you land at one terminal and are collected at the other.

Accessible pick-up

Uber and Lyft offer cars with wheelchair ramps and extra space, collected in front of the terminal; request them in the app. Accessible yellow cabs cost the same as others: book through Accessible Dispatch on +1 646 599 9999, by text on +1 646 400 0789, or in the Curb and ARRO apps. All MTA buses at the airport have ramps, and Terminal B has a wheelchair assistance call button on the departures level. Arrange help from the gate with your airline before you fly.
