Why this one
The four hotel rooms differ in three things: air conditioning, what the balcony looks at and space. The Surfing Room at the bottom is about 26 m² and faces the street, and it is the only room cooled by a ceiling fan alone. The Sky Pool adds air conditioning, a kettle and a desk and turns the balcony to the pool for €6 more.
The Sky Sea View, €6 above that, is the step worth taking: 30 m², air conditioning and a balcony with a side view of the sea, for €12 a night more than the entry room. For a surf week, when you are out early and back salty, it is the room that sleeps cool and looks at the water.
Breakfast changes the sums. Added to the room, it costs €44 a night for two on the Surfing Room and €24 on the Sky rooms, so with breakfast on those dates the Sky Pool and the Sky Sea View both cost less than the Surfing Room.
