Which room to book at Cap Vermell Grand Hotel

The Junior Suite Valley View. Below it are the Garden and Resort View junior suites, which differ only in what they look at; above it are the Family Room, the Grand Suites, the Presidential Suite and a villa.

  1. Junior Suite Garden

The entry rung, tied on price with the Resort View: a king or two singles, the marble bathroom, and a terrace that steps out into planting of native island plants.

  2. Junior Suite Resort View

The same room and price upstairs, with a furnished terrace over the resort's lanes. The village was built with the hotel in 2016, so this is a view of the resort rather than the landscape.

Why this one

The hotel sells three junior suites, and they are the same room: 53 m², a king or two single beds, a Carrara marble bathroom with a bath and a separate shower, and a furnished terrace. What changes is the view from that terrace. The Garden rooms are at ground level, opening onto planting; the Resort View rooms look over the resort's own lanes and roofs, built in 2016 to look like a Mallorcan hill village; the Valley View rooms face across the Canyamel valley. On Tuesday 11 May 2027 the Garden and Resort View rooms were 586 euros for two with breakfast and the Valley View 616, so the valley costs 30 euros a night.

That is the case for the pick. Breakfast is served on a terrace over the same valley and Bravo faces it at sunset, but only the Valley View gives you the view from your own terrace, at seven in the morning or after dinner at Voro. Above the junior suites the ladder is about space rather than outlook: the Family Room for four or more, Grand Suites of 103 m² with a separate living and dining area and one or two bedrooms, the 150 m² Presidential Suite with a jacuzzi on its terrace, and a villa on the estate.

Ask for
The category settles the outlook, so the request to make is the bed: a king or two singles, both offered in every junior suite. A junior suite sleeps two adults and one child at most, so say when you book if a child is coming.
Avoid
The Junior Suite Garden if the view matters: its terrace opens onto the garden at ground level. The Resort View if you came for the landscape, because its terrace looks at the hotel's own buildings, for the same price as the Garden. Families of four should skip the junior suites altogether and book the Family Room (two connecting rooms) or a Grand Suite.

Suites against rooms

The Grand Suite Valley View is the suite to book if space and the view both matter: 103 m² on the top floor, with a separate living and dining area, a dressing room, a bath and separate shower, a complimentary minibar and a private terrace over the Canyamel valley, in a one- or two-bedroom version. The Grand Suite Garden is the same size at garden level with its own private garden and sun loungers, the better choice with small children. The Presidential Suite, 150 m², adds a study, a collection of artworks and a jacuzzi on the terrace, looking at the sea or the hills.

Come for Voro and stay for the quiet valley, the space and the spa. Book the table first, then the Junior Suite Valley View.
