Which room to book at Seaside Grand Hotel Residencia

The Deluxe Room. It is 37 m², with a walk-in whirlpool bath, two basins and a balcony or terrace over the palm-lined saltwater pool at the centre of the hotel, and on Tuesday 8 June 2027 it was €691 a night for two with breakfast, €108 more than the same room facing the gardens. No room in the hotel faces the sea, so the pool is the best outlook it sells.

Why this one

The ladder is three rooms and three kinds of suite, and for a couple the choice that matters is what the balcony looks at. Every room is in a two-storey villa with a screened balcony or terrace, and none faces the sea. The Twin Room, about 33 m², has a bath and a single basin and sits at the entrance over the garden. The Superior and the Deluxe are the same 37 m² room, with a walk-in whirlpool bath that doubles as a shower and two basins; the Superior looks over the gardens or sits on the dunes side, and the Deluxe looks over the palm-lined saltwater pool at the heart of the hotel, where the breakfast terrace and the loungers are. For Tuesday 8 June 2027, with breakfast, that outlook cost €108 a night more than the Superior and €184 more than the Twin Room.

Above the Deluxe the money buys space rather than a better view. The 17 Junior Suites are about 50 m², with a lounge, a separate shower and Bvlgari amenities, at €869 on the same night, €178 over the pick. The three Master Suites of 66 m² are on the ground floor with loungers on the terrace and room for four, and the Presidential Suite adds a private garden of about 400 m². For two people, the Deluxe Room is the best balance of outlook, bathroom and price in the hotel.

Ask for
Say which floor you want, because Deluxe Rooms are on the ground and first floors. First-floor rooms have a balcony and ground-floor rooms a terrace, and ground-floor bathrooms have underfloor heating, which is welcome on a winter evening. For a winter week, that makes the ground floor the one to ask for.
Avoid
The Twin Room if the outlook matters: it is placed at the entrance with a garden view, and its bathroom has one basin. Do not pay for a Superior Room on the dunes side expecting to see them: no category is sold with a dune or sea view, and the dunes side describes where the room sits.

Suites against rooms

Two suites are worth singling out. The Junior Suite is the honest step up: about 50 m² on the ground or first floor, a bedroom with a lounge, a whirlpool bath with a separate shower, Bvlgari amenities and space for a third person, at €869 for two with breakfast on the June night. The Presidential Suite, 78 m² on the ground floor, is the only room with a private garden, about 400 m² with a hot tub and a fire pit, and because it connects to a Junior Suite it is also sold with two bedrooms. For it, and for the three Master Suites, check the rate for your dates.

Book it for a quiet week of sun as a couple, with the dunes beach on foot and dinner worth staying in for. Check availability for a Deluxe Room.
