Where to eat at and around Palazzo Pascal

The hotel's own tables cover most of the day. Gli Ulivi, its restaurant, serves dinner under Executive Chef Ciro Accardo: modern Mediterranean cooking, à la carte or as tasting menus, with herbs, lemons and vegetables from the hotel's garden, served on Pascal ceramics, and open to outside guests. The pool bar serves light lunches of salads, bowls and focaccia, the Pascal Lounge Bar opens in the morning, and the Berry Bar has signature cocktails by the pool in the evening, among them the Pascal Spritz. Outside, Palazzo Pascal is beyond easy walking range: of the places below, only the two in Pontone are close, 9 minutes down stepped lanes and a 130-metre climb back, so for everything else you will want a taxi or a car. The drives below are routed, off-peak, from the road by the hotel. Many places on this coast close from November to March, so check before you plan a dinner early or late in the season.

The quiet find in Scala, for a 13-room palazzo, a pool facing Ravello and a family welcome rather than a beach. Check availability for the Deluxe Suite Edera.
