Which room to book at Hotel Veintiuno

The Premium. At about 35 m² it is the largest room in the house, on the first floor at the front, with a sitting area apart from the bed, and it is the only room sold on a view of the cathedral, for €12 a night more than a Deluxe Exterior. Below it, three double categories face the courtyard and two the street; if the Premium is taken, the Deluxe Interior gives more space than the Deluxe Exterior for less, and the Deluxe Exterior gives the street.

Why this one

Veintiuno sells six double categories and one single, and the split that matters is inside or outside. The Comfort Economy Interior, Classic Interior and Deluxe Interior open onto the courtyard or a light well: silent, and with no outlook onto the street. The Classic Exterior, Deluxe Exterior and Premium look onto Calle Espíritu Santo through a balcony or window, and some street rooms are on the ground floor, at street level. Size runs against the price: the Deluxe Interior, at about 27 m², is larger than the 22 m² Deluxe Exterior and was €17 a night cheaper for Tuesday 8 June 2027, at €108 against €125.

The Premium is the room to book. It is about 35 m², the largest in the house, on the first floor at the front, with the bedroom and a sitting area apart, a king bed, a rainfall shower and original materials from the 18th-century building, and it is the only room sold on a view of the cathedral of Santa Ana. From the first floor that view is at an angle, over the two-storey houses opposite; the full south side, towers and dome, belongs to the roof, which every guest shares. At €137 it was €12 more than the Deluxe Exterior and €50 more than the entry room, which is little for the space and the window.

Ask for
If the Premium is taken, ask for a Deluxe Exterior and have the first floor confirmed: some exterior rooms are at street level, under the hotel's awning. If quiet matters more than the view, ask for a room on the courtyard instead, since the interior rooms are the quietest in the house. Breakfast depends on the rate, so check that yours includes it.
Avoid
The Comfort Economy Interior, Classic Interior and Deluxe Interior if you want a view: all three face inwards. The Deluxe Exterior if space matters more than the window, since the Deluxe Interior is larger and cheaper. And the Single Classic, which is for one guest only.
