Why this one
The ladder has two halves. The three Premium rooms are one room, 32 m² with a rain shower, a free minibar, an espresso machine and a terrace, and what changes is the outlook. The Premium Room and the Premium Resort View look over the gardens; the Premium Ocean Front looks over the Atlantic, through windows wide enough to see the sea from the bed. For a four-night stay from 8 June 2027, all-inclusive for two, the garden rooms were €423 and €441 a night and the sea-facing room €490, so the view cost €67 a night over the cheapest room and €49 over the Resort View.
The other half of the ladder buys more than a view. The Oceanfront Suite doubles the space to 65 m² and adds a lounge, a bath and a terrace whirlpool. Everything named The Reserve brings the hotel within the hotel: its lounge, private check-in and breakfast, a concierge, a quieter pool with its own bar and first call on the à la carte tables. Since Manrique's gardens are downstairs for every guest, the room only has to add the sea, and the Premium Ocean Front does that for the smallest step up.
