Why this one
All five guest-room categories sit on floors 35 to 39, behind floor-to-ceiling windows, with a marble bathroom and the desert palette of the redesign finished in January 2024, so the choice is the view. The Superior and Deluxe Rooms, 500 and 550 sq ft (46 and 51 m²), look at the mountains and the desert, and the Deluxe adds a deep soaking tub; on Tuesday 18 May 2027 they were $655 and $675. The Stadium View Room, about 560 sq ft (52 m²) on average, looks west over Allegiant Stadium and the valley for $680. The Strip View Room, $855 the same night, is the first to look north up the Strip, past the Luxor pyramid to the towers beyond.
The $175 over the Stadium View Room buys that view and nothing else: the Strip View Room is about 60 sq ft smaller on average, with the same bathroom and the same floors. Above it, the Premier Strip View Room gives the same outlook from 810 sq ft (75 m²) and 25 feet of glass for $1,315, and the suites start at $1,365, so the Strip View Room is where the view is cheapest.
- Ask for
- Every room is on floors 35 to 39, so ask for one near the top of that range, and say at booking whether you want the king or the two queens: the Strip View Room comes either way, and the queens were $50 a night more. A king room takes a rollaway, at extra cost, or a crib; a two-queen room takes a crib only.
- Avoid
- The Superior and Deluxe Rooms if the view is the point, since both face the mountains and the desert, though the Deluxe has the deep soaking tub. Do not book the Executive Suite or the One-Bedroom Suite expecting the Strip: both look at the mountains and the valley. For space with the Strip, the Strip View One-Bedroom Suite was only $150 more than the Premier Strip View Room, and adds a separate bedroom and 290 sq ft (27 m²).
Suites against rooms
Two suites are worth singling out. The Strip View One-Bedroom Suite, 1,100 sq ft (102 m²), puts the Strip in a separate living room with a guest powder room, at $1,465 on the May Tuesday, which makes it the natural step up from the Premier Strip View Room. For a family, the Stadium View One-Bedroom Suite, the same size at $1,390, can come with two queen beds rather than a king, and a sofabed.
Above them, the specialty suites carried no rate that night: the two Panoramic Suites at 1,500 sq ft (139 m²), one towards the stadium and the sunset, the other towards the sunrise; the Valley View Suite, with its dining room and kitchen pantry; the Strip View Presidential Suite, with wraparound glass over the whole Strip and a dining room for eight; and the 3,400 sq ft (316 m²) Penthouse Suite on the 38th and 39th floors.

Our verdict
Book the Four Seasons for Las Vegas on call and none of it in the corridor: no casino, no smoke, a guests-only pool and a Five-Star spa. Pay the step to a Strip View Room, and budget for taxis to the centre of the Strip.
