Where to eat at and around Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo

You are one terrace below the Place du Casino and one above the port, which puts the densest square kilometre of eating in Monaco at the door. The hotel's own two restaurants hold three stars between them in the 2026 guide: Pavyllon, the counter off the lobby, serves lunch and dinner every day with menus SBM's 2026 press kit prices at 89 euros for lunch, 150 and 240; L'Abysse, the sushi counter, opens Tuesday to Saturday evenings only at 240 or 360 euros a head before pairings, and is the table to book before the room. Within eight minutes on foot are a brasserie, a three-star dining room, a rooftop over the harbour and a British café-lounge on the new Mareterra district. You do not need a car for any of this, and the free public lifts do the climbing.
