Prices are a guide from our last check, not live rates.

Why this one

The ladder splits on one question: do you need the living room. The Double Superior rooms are 43 m² with a 12 m² terrace and sleep two adults and a baby, so they suit couples and parents of infants; the Suite is 65 m² with a separate living room, two sofa beds and a bathroom with both a bath and a shower, and sleeps two adults and two children. In June the Suite is also the cheaper of the two, at €231 a night with breakfast on a four-night stay, while the Double Superior needs seven nights.

From there the step that matters is the view. The Suite Sea View is the same suite with a terrace facing the sea, for €66 a night more: on a 385-room resort, a terrace of your own looking at Lobos and Fuerteventura is where the quiet is. The Junior Suite Sea View is €25 cheaper but 20 m² smaller, with the living area in the bedroom and room for only one child, and the Suite Excellence Sea View adds a massage and some welcome extras but needs seven nights in June.

Ask for
A higher floor for the Suite Sea View if the view matters most, and, for a family of four with two children, the Family Suite in the annex: two bedrooms, two bathrooms and its own pool area and breakfast buffet. It is sold only for two adults with at least two children, so price it for your whole party.
Avoid
The Double Superior and the Double Superior Sea View if you are travelling with children, since they take two adults and a baby only. The Relax rooms if you have anyone under 16 with you. And the Junior Suite Sea View for a family of four, which takes two adults and one child.

Suites against rooms

The Presidential Suite, €899 with breakfast, is 99 m² with a 38 m² terrace, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room, and it is the cheapest room sold for a two-night stay; the sea-view version was €1,144. The Royal Suite, at €1,823, is 134 m² with a 114 m² terrace facing the sea, a kitchen, the thalasso circuit, late check-out when available and transfers both ways.

For a family week on Lanzarote it covers everything: the space, the children's park and the calm beach. Check availability for a Suite Sea View, and plan on four nights or more outside July and August.
