Where to eat at and around Circa Resort & Casino

The hotel feeds you around the clock. Saginaw's Delicatessen, from a co-founder of Zingerman's Deli, and the Jack Pots coffee bar never close; Barry's Downtown Prime is the steakhouse for dinner, 8 East does pan-Asian plates, Victory Burger & Wings the game-day burgers, and Project BBQ is a food truck on Fremont Street, with Legacy Club at the top of the tower for a sunset drink. Everyone at every table must be 21. Outside, old downtown is on foot: steakhouses in the Plaza's glass dome and at the top of Binion's, a supper club at the Four Queens, a speakeasy under the Mob Museum and slices until 2am on Fremont East, and the Arts District's Bib Gourmand is four minutes away by car.

No breakfast comes with the room: the rates on sale for a Tuesday in May 2027 are room only. Inside, Saginaw's Delicatessen serves breakfast 24 hours a day, with eggs Benedict, latkes and a breakfast sandwich of two eggs, bacon, white cheddar and Sriracha mayo on a sesame brioche bun with breakfast potatoes, and Jack Pots pours Zingerman's coffee with breakfast items, sandwiches and salads around the clock. What to skip

Downtown Cocktail Room, just south of Fremont Street on Las Vegas Boulevard, was named among Food & Wine's 50 best bars in America and still turns up in older guides, but it has closed after 18 years. For a serious cocktail downtown, go to The Underground, or book one of the 16 places at The Laundry Room, the speakeasy inside Commonwealth on Fremont East, which opens in the evening only.

Our verdict

Book Circa for Stadium Swim, a heated, adults-only pool that opens every day of the year in front of a screen 135 feet wide, with old downtown outside the door. Take a Corner Studio on the quiet north side and come midweek, when rooms start at about $170.
