Where to eat at and around Bellagio

You need never leave. Bellagio runs twelve restaurants of its own, from Sadelle's Café beside the Conservatory, open at 6am on weekdays, to Noodles, open until 1am on Friday and Saturday, with LAGO and Spago facing the fountains, PRIME and Michael Mina for the big dinner and in-room dining around the clock. The Strip around it is as full. The restaurants of The Cosmopolitan next door are six or seven minutes from the main entrance, and those across the Boulevard in Paris and Planet Hollywood eight or nine, which is as far as this list goes; the front of Caesars Palace, 12 minutes away, is further than it looks.

PRIME Steakhouse

Chef Jean-Georges VongerichtenJean-Georges Vongerichten's steakhouse, with a garden patio on the lakeDinner only

Jean-Georges Vongerichten's steakhouse has been at Bellagio since the resort opened, down an escalator from the casino, in a chocolate-brown and Tiffany-blue room that opens on to a garden patio for up to 80 at the edge of the lake, facing the fountains. The menu is prime steak, seafood and lamb with a choice of sauces, with signatures such as tableside smoked bacon and a 36oz porterhouse, and the wine list leans on big California reds. It serves dinner only, 5pm to 10pm every night; book ahead and ask for the patio at show time.

Michael Mina

Michelin recommendedChef Michael MinaSeafood tasting menus and a raw bar beside the ConservatoryDinner only

Michael Mina has cooked here since the resort opened, first as Aqua and under his own name since 2004, and the restaurant is in the MICHELIN Guide's 2026 Southwest selection. Seafood is the point: a raw bar, classics such as phyllo-crusted sole and Maine lobster pot pie, and a seasonal ten-course tasting menu ($295 a head before tax and service in summer 2026), in a pale wood room with an open kitchen. It opens Tuesday to Saturday, 5pm to 9.30pm, a short walk from the lobby past the Conservatory, and in the autumn display it also serves dinner at The Garden Table inside the Conservatory itself.
